It is vitally important that we keep the most up to date records available for each community program to avoid inappropriate and unnecessary referrals.

For example, if your organization provides financial assistance and you run out of money to give to clients, please contact 2-1-1 immediately to postpone referrals to your organization. When money is available again, simply call us back and we will lift the hold on referrals to your organization.
